A.1. David Miller

A.1.1. James Miller (1770-1860) was the son of David Miller. He was minister of Monikie, Angus, and became a Free Church minister. He married B.1.1.3. Barbara Martin.

A.1.1.1. Samuel Miller (1810-1881) was the son of James Miller, Monikie. He was a Free Church minister. He married C.1.1.2. Thomasina Ireland, the daughter of Walter Foggo Ireland, minister of North Leith, Edinburgh: FES, Vol.1, p.156.

A.1.1.2. Jane Martin Miller (c.1824-1906) was the daughter of James Miller, Monikie. She married Alexander Comrie, a Free Church minister.

A.1.1.3. Mary Ann Miller (1819-1862) was the daughter of James Miller, Monikie. She married Malcolm McIntyre, a Free Church minister.

B.1.1.1.3. Samuel Martin (1802-1850) was the son of John Martin, Kirkcaldy. He was minister of Bathgate, West Lothian, and became a Free Church minister.

B.1.1.1.4. Janet Martin (1804-1848) was the daughter of John Martin, Kirkcaldy. She married Fergus Jardine, minister of Kinghorn, Fife: FES, Vol.5, p.95.

B.1.1.2. Ann Martin (1771-1828) was the son of Samuel Martin, minister of Monimail. She married Walter Brodie of Pitarrow.

B.1.1.2.1. James Brodie was the son of Walter Brodie of Pitarrow. He married his first cousin, B.1.1.1.2. Margaret Martin, daughter of John Martin, Kirkcaldy. He was a Free Church minister.

B.1.1.3. Barbara Martin (1783-1871) was the daughter of Samuel Martin, minister of Monimail. She married A.1.1. James Miller.

C.1.1. Walter Foggo Ireland (1775-1828) was the son of George Ireland. He was minister of North Leith, Edinburgh: FES, Vol.1, p.156. He married three times and had a family with each wife.

C.1.1.1. Mary Ireland (1802-1873) was the daughter of Walter Foggo Ireland, minister, and his first wife. She married David Davidson, minister of Broughty Ferry, who became a Free Church minister. He was the son of David Davidson, minister of Dundee: FES, Vol.5, p.322.

C.1.1.1.1. John Thain Davidson was the son of David Davidson, minister. He was a Free Church minister.

C.1.1.2. Thomasina Ireland (1818-1897) was the daughter of Walter Foggo Ireland, minister, and his second wife. She married A.1.1.1. Samuel Miller.

C.1.1.3. John Balfour Ireland (1821-1860) was the son of Walter Foggo Ireland by his second wife. He was a banker.

C.1.1.3.1. Jane Ireland (1853-1934) was the daughter of John Balfour Ireland, banker. She married Charles Falconer, a Free Church minister. For his extensive ministerial connections, see the Tulloch Falconer Tree under A.1.1.1.1. Lillias Tulloch.

C.1.1.3.2. John Alexander Ireland (1853-1934) was the son of John Balfour Ireland, banker. He was minister of Gartsherrie, Lanarkshire: FES, Vol.3, p.252. He married Charlotte Chalmers Reid Falconer. She was the daughter of Alexander Falconer, minister of Denny, Stirlingshire: FES, Vol.4, p.305. He was the son of Charles Falconer, rector of Inverness Academy. There is no known connection at present between him and Charles Falconer, above, whose people came from Cawdor, Nairn-shire.

C.1.1.4. Eliza Ann Ireland (1825-1899) was the daughter of Walter Foggo Ireland, minister, and his third wife. She married a Free Church minister, Joseph Davidson.

C.1.1.5. Robert Henderson Ireland (1827-1881) was the son of Walter Foggo Ireland, minister, and his third wife. He was a Free Church minister.

C.1.1.5.1. Walter Edward Ireland was the son of Robert Henderson Ireland. He was a Free Church minister.
